Bail Recovery
(Bounty Hunting)
A bail bond allows a defendant awaiting trail to be released from custody. It is a written promise to pay an amount of money to the court if that defendant fails to appear for designated proceedings. If the defendant fails to appear for the court, VOICES EMPOWERED will be authorized by Arizona Statutes to locate and arrest the defendant, and bring that defendant to criminal proceedings.
We focus on recovering bail jumpers awaiting proceedings for family court matters and violent crimes
where the victim is our client.
